The pool construction process can be overwhelming if you don’t know what to expect. Peak Pools and Spas, LLC will keep you enlightened through every step, personally assuring that each phase is completed to the high standards you deserve. Please keep in mind that stages are subject to HOA restrictions and guidelines that we must abide by. (city permits can affect this as well)
Preparation
First, we meet with you to discuss your options and visualizations for your pool. Due to the recent COVID-19 situation, we are meeting virtually.
Excavation
When you’ve approved your design on paper, we stake out your new pool
Gunite
We ensure a strong pool structure by using 6000 psi gunite.
Electrical Installation
Our experienced crew will make sure that your pool will have the proper installation
Clean Up
No trash left behind in your yard. We treat your yard as if it were our own. Upon completion,
Pool Design
After we have discussed with you the pool and/or spa you would like to
Steel Reinforcement
When we finish digging your pool, we begin to place the steel reinforcement.
Tile and Coping
We will allow the gunite to dry completely before tiling and coping your pool.
Deck
A nice deck will be installed around your pool which will add a nice finishing touch to your backyard.
